Our Story
Innovative Healthcare Software Since 2015
PresiNET was founded with a clear and focused objective: to build healthcare software that performs reliably within the complex, data-intensive environments of modern radiology departments. From the outset, our approach has been grounded in engineering—first understanding clinical workflows, data flows, and integration challenges, and only then designing and developing solutions to address them.
Over time, this engineering-first philosophy evolved into the DImax Analytics platform—a comprehensive suite of technologies designed to handle multi-source data ingestion, deliver both business and clinical intelligence, and support AI governance within a unified, scalable system. Today, DImax is deployed across major health systems in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Bialogics serves as our customer-facing brand and distributor, while PresiNET remains the IP owner and engineering organization behind the platform. When healthcare organizations choose DImax, they gain access not only to advanced analytics technology, but to a dedicated engineering team with deep expertise in solving complex healthcare data challenges—often long before many of our competitors entered the market.
